What type of payments do you have?

The accepted form of payment is by credit / debit card and PayPal.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is FREE on all orders in Spain from € 60, except the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. To the rest of the world, the rates depend on the country. Consult shipping cost at the moment before payment.

Do you make international shipments?

Do you ship to the Canary and the Balearic Islands?

Yes, orders to the islands have a shipping cost of € 20 and will be sent by sea transport.

What are the delivery times? How long does my order take?

In Spain, except for islands, it takes 24-72 hours.

International orders: between 7 and 21 days, depending on the country of destination and the customs process.

What company will deliver the order to me?

In Spain it will be delivered with Correos Express.

Rest of the world depending on the geographical area.

How can I follow my order?

After placing the order we will send you an email (check the spam tray) with the confirmation and once we remove it from the warehouse (it is not automatic, it may take 1 day counting the time difference and on weekends), we will send you an email with the completed order and with the tracking link from the transport agency.

How can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order if it has not left our warehouse. For this you must write to .info@kundebrand.com with the information of your order and the reason.

How can I find my order number?

When placing your order we have sent you a confirmation email with the order number  (Please check your spam box if you haven't received it).

Are taxes included in the price?

Yes, the price always includes the corresponding VAT or tax.

 

Can I return my order? What is the return policy?

Steps to follow if you want to return your order: 

1- Write us an email with a maximum of 15 days from placing your order to .info@kundebrand.com Explain the reason and indicate the order number. Do not forget to put in the subject of the same RETURN.  

2- We will send you a code through the email that you have provided us with which we will process your incident. This will be the same number that you must indicate in the shipment you make to our offices, the cost is borne by the client, so that we can review it. 

3- If the product is in correct condition, we will proceed to refund the money or change to another product depending on the type of return.

Do you have stores where I can see your products?

You can try and buy our ukuleles at the same price in the physical stores of our dealers, distributed by Spain. The best experts in the sector already have our Kunde ukuleles!

I need an invoice for my order:

Write to .info@kundebrand.com with your order number and your billing information and we will send it to you in 1-2 days.

I have made a return, how long does it take to return the money:

Once we confirm by mail the refund of your order, the money will arrive in a maximum of 10 days, it depends on the receiving bank.

I want to customize my ukulele, how do I do it?

Write us an email at .info@kundebrand.com or a WhatsApp at 658237090 explaining what you have in mind.

Once you have completed your order, we will verify the design with you to customize your ukulele.
